Regarding proposal of Fuhucorp Joint Stock Company on the investment policy of expanding Nghi Son International Logistic and Resting Station project in Nghi Son EZ, implementing the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee in Official Dispatch No. 3259 / UBND-THKH dated 30/3/2017 on assigning the Management Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Zones (hereinafter referred to as the Board) to preside over , coordinating with relevant units to study and advise the approval of the investment policy to expand the Nghi International Logistic Station and Service Project (referred to as the project) Son in Nghi Economic Zone Son proposed by Fuhucorp Joint Stock Company (referred to as Company).
On April 4, 2017 at the Representative Office of the Board in Tay Bac Ga Industrial Park, a conference took place to discuss and agree on the contents related to the proposal on investment to expand the project of the Company. The Board includes:
– The Management Board of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Zones;
– Department of Natural Resources and Environment;
– Department of Construction;
– Department of Planning and Investment;
– Department of Transport ;
– People’s Committee of Tinh Gia district;
And representatives of Fuhucorp Joint Stock Company.
Details of proposal by FUHUCORP:
Location for expansion: Tung Lam commune, Tinh Gia district, Thanh Hoa province, included in the map no. 10,11,12 – Map of the administrative boundary of Tung Lam commune measured in 2009.
Properties of the land area: The land use rights belong to households and individuals (about 3,000 m2) for residential land and aquaculture land. The residential land area is currently being used by 02 households and individuals; the rest of the land area is assigned under contracts for local households by The People’s Committee of Tung Lam commune.
The land expected for expansion: about 8.5 hectares
Purpose: to build a class-I rest-stop in accordance with the current law to meet the needs of permanent accomodation and provide timely services for passengers as well as vehicles on the National Road 1A.
The expected investment items after expanding the project include: Resting station area with an area of about 30,140 m2; International logistics service area with an area of about 118,100 m2; Technical and operating infrastructure with an area of about 7,560 m2.
Project investment capital after expansion is: 996.600.000.000 VND by equity capital and commercial loans.
Project implementation period (completion of construction investment dossiers and procedures; construction of work items into operation …): from April 2017 to April 2019.
The project management and operation plan is directly managed and operated by FUHUCORP Joint Stock Company (now referred to as Tan Phuc Hung Group JSC).
Results of the Conference:
– Approving the policy for the Company to expand the project investment at the above land area with an area of about 8.5 hectares (Boundary, official area and investment scale of the project according to the detailed land planning approved by competent authorities). After the investment policy is approved, the Company is required to submit the plan to the competent authorities for approval as a basis for project construction.
– On the basis of the detailed construction planning of the project approved by the competent authority, the Board has the responsibility to classify the project into the planning on adjustment and expansion of Nghi Son Economic Zone to submit to the competent authority for approval according to the law.
– Require the Company to focus all resources to implement the project according to the committed schedule and make a deposit to ensure project implementation in accordance with the Law on Investment. Closely coordinate with the People’s Committee of Tinh Gia district in compensation and site clearance.
The conference ended successfully with the unanimity of opinions of all departments participating in the meeting, support and consensus with the issues submitted by FUHUCORP Joint Stock Company.
