June 2, 2005, Thanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee issued Decision No. 1471 / QD-Committee approving the detailed planning Bim Son Industrial Zone – Thanh Hoa Province.
Bim Son Industrial Park is limited as follows:
– In the east: Le Loi
– To the west: Ha Long Commune, Ha Trung
– South borders: Tran Hung Dao Street and Lam Son
– In the north: Hill Park Ha Long – Ha Trung Tam Diep and suites.
The total area of 540 hectares planned, divided into two zones:
– Zone A: Located west of Highway 1A, the area of 310 ha, with the following functions: assembling small trucks, agricultural and forest products processing, manufacturing machinery, mechanical repair, construction and refined steel, leather paper.
– Zone B: Located east of Highway 1A, the area of 230 ha, with the following functions: Cement Industry and later cement, textiles, electronics, refrigeration, household goods and crafts.
– Public Center Industrial Park are arranged in Zone A, including control centers, technical service centers, trading centers introduce industrial products, golf car park …
Transportation system is planned as follows:
Area A:
– The main road industrial area: length 3750 m; redline road: 40 m (road: 2 x 10.5 m, divider: 3 m, trees and sidewalks: 2 x 8 m).
– Main Street Industrial Park: length 3778 m; redline road: 31 m (road: 15 m, trees and sidewalks: 2 x 8 m).
– Frontage Road industrial zone
– Road 1A: length 2045 m; redline road: 30 m (road: 16 m, trees and sidewalks: 2 x 7 m).
– Road Branch Industrial Park: redline road: 20.5 m (pavement: 10.5 m, trees and sidewalks: 2 x 5 m).
Zone B:
– Tran Hung Dao: redline road: 40 m (road: 2 x 10.5 m, divider: 3 m, trees and sidewalks: 2 x 8 m).
– Road Branch Industrial Park: length 7527 m; redline road: 20.5 m (pavement: 10.5 m, trees and sidewalks: 2 x 5 m).
– The water supply system consists of two main lines: the first line for the A-level, F450 diameter; The main route for section B 2, F300 diameter. From the two main routes, organized distribution network in the form of closed loop network, ensure safe water supply.
– Storm water drainage systems, sewerage separate layout. Wastewater is treated locally at the source, then collected on general treatment area. After waste water treatment to meet the new standard is released combined sewer system of the town.
– Power supply systems with a total capacity of 55,753 KVA. Installation of a 110 / 22KV (2x25MVA) southwest assembly plant VEAM vans. 22KV power cable systems of industrial uses copper core cable XLPE / SWA / PVC 3 × 240 mm2 cross section underground.
– The line of industrial lighting is high pressure sodium 220V-250W ball.
– Communication system using the network of the town, located in the central switchboard operator of industrial parks.
