Fuhucorp JSC is pleased to announce the renaming of the company to institutions, businesses, customers, partners as followings:
Article 1. Change the company’s name with the details:
Article 2. From July 19, 2016, Fuhucorp JSC officially use the company’s name as the revised information. The old information about the name is no longer has legal validity from July 19, 2016, all forms uses the former name to represent our company for any transactions and relationships are fake and illegal.
Article 3. From July 19, 2016, request that all partners perform transactions, issue red invoices for our company, please use information in accordance with the modified information
Article 4. The renaming company does not affect the transactions, relationships, economic obligations as well as the implementation of contracts signed previously. In case of necessity, we can sign economic contracts under this new name as your request.
