Traffic Engineer Recruitment

– Position: 01 Traffic Engineer
– Work location: Thanh Hoa
– Salary: 07-10 million / month;

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
– Supervision of the technical infrastructure projects in accordance with designs, technical instructions, standards and acceptance of construction, construction methods and quality control procedures;
– Check the design documents and coordinate the construction units and the headquater in the work of the proposals of additional designed changes ;
– Coordinate with construction units in the elaboration of methods of construction, profile quality management, construction completion documents,
– Do the Confirmation and completion volume calculations; make design estimates, and construction works;

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS DETAILS
– University degree – traffic engineer major;
– There is the construction supervision  certificate;

– There are at least 05 years experience in similar positions;
– Required skills:
+ English: Level C
+ Computer proficiency: Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint; MS Project; G8; Autocard;

+ Be able ton plan by week, month, quarter, year, over 1 year;

+ Creativity: be able to create small improvements in the scope of work; make small improvements within the department; create new technologies for the company; create new products for the company; have new ideas about the type of business and management;

+ Be familiar with the orders and directives related to the job; understand the working plan of the group or department; be able to capture, update information related to the work;

+ Solve the work carefully, meticulously; quickly and accurately; meet the deadline;

+ Ability to verdict: when there are instructions and general directives, need to make good decisions for the good results of the work of the department;

+ Ability to convince: Need to convince the members of the group, departments; difficult customers; subordinates or employees;

– Health requirement: Able to  work in a high pressure environment;
– Ability to communicate: Need to communicate with many companies; the local authorities; the customers domesticly and internationally.
